Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Items fulfilled from a partner warehouse may take an extra 2–3 business days to dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners and can take 7–14 business days to arrive. Every product page shows its estimated delivery window, and checkout shows your total estimated arrival before you pay. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for select in-stock products.
 

 

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window shown at checkout — or within 15 business days of your order — contact us at info@stellarandstone.co with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
